Feeders
Automatic and semi-automatic feeders for milling machines, lathes and other machines.
Automatic and semi-automatic feeders for milling machines, lathes and other machines — reliable loading of raw material and parts that keeps the production flow running smoothly.
We design and build feeders that load raw material, blanks and parts into milling machines, lathes, presses and other machines — automatically or semi-automatically, matched to your part geometry, cycle time and machine interface. The feeder presents the part in the correct orientation, at the right cadence, and synchronizes with the machine ready signal.
Each feeder integrates with the machine control for handshake and interlock, and can include orientation, singulation, buffering and part presence sensing. Changeover between part types is handled through adjustable guides and stored programs, keeping the machine fed without constant operator attention.
Why add a feeder?
A machine waiting for the next part is a machine burning capacity. A feeder keeps it fed continuously, removes the operator from constant loading, and stabilizes the cycle — while protecting parts from mishandling and the operator from repetitive loading motions.
Key benefits:
- Continuous loading — machine runs at full cadence
- Correct orientation — parts presented ready to process
- Operator relief — no constant manual loading
- Part protection — less mishandling and damage
- Flexibility — adjustable guides and stored programs
From a simple gravity feeder to a vision-guided singulation and loading system, we build it to your parts, machine and cycle time.
