Robotic palletizing cells for end-of-line packaging.
Robotic palletizing cells for end-of-line packaging.
Our palletizing cells automate the stacking of bags, boxes, crates and other products onto pallets at the end of the production line. Industrial and collaborative robots handle layer forming, pallet handling and film wrapping, replacing heavy, repetitive manual labor with a fast, repeatable and safe process.
The cells integrate with upstream conveyors and line controls: the robot picks products in the correct orientation, builds each layer according to the defined pattern and automatically places an empty pallet or interlayer when needed. Built-in sensors track pallet and product presence, while the wrapping unit secures the load before it leaves the cell.
Why robotize palletizing?
Palletizing is one of the most physically demanding tasks on any line. A robotic cell removes operators from heavy lifting and awkward postures, virtually eliminates product damage from inconsistent stacking, and keeps the line running continuously even at peak output. The cell can be retooled for new product formats and pallet patterns in minutes.
Key benefits:
- Higher throughput — continuous, fatigue-free stacking
- Consistent stack quality — fewer damaged goods and rejects
- Ergonomics — no more heavy lifting for operators
- Flexibility — quick changeover for new formats and patterns
- Safety — fenced cell with controlled access and interlocks
