Pick and Place

High-speed pick & place robots for sorting and handling.

High-speed pick & place robots for sorting, handling and loading of components.

Our pick & place cells use fast, precise robots to move components between conveyors, feeders, machines and packaging stations. They handle a wide range of products — from electronic parts and plastics to metal components and food items — picking them in the correct orientation and placing them exactly where the next process needs them.

Each cell integrates with upstream and downstream equipment: vision systems verify part presence and orientation, while the line control synchronizes the robot cycle with conveyors, feeders and indexing stations. Quick-change grippers and vision-guided picking allow fast changeover between product formats.

Why robotize pick & place?

Manual pick & place is fast, monotonous work that is hard to sustain without errors, fatigue and inconsistent cycle times. A robotic cell delivers the same motion thousands of times per hour with sub-millimeter repeatability, freeing operators for more valuable tasks and keeping the line balanced at peak output.

Key benefits:

  • High throughput — consistent, fatigue-free cycle times
  • Precision — sub-millimeter repeatability and correct orientation
  • Flexibility — vision-guided picking, quick gripper changeover
  • Quality — fewer dropped, misplaced or damaged parts
  • Ergonomics — operators moved away from repetitive motions

From sorting and singulation to machine tending and end-of-line packaging, a pick & place cell is one of the fastest ways to add capacity and stability to an existing line.
