Our assembly cells combine robots, indexing tables, presses, screwdrivers and handling units to join components into finished products or subassemblies. The cell controls the sequence — feeding, positioning, joining, pressing, screwdriving and testing — so every unit is built in the same order and to the same standard.
Vision and sensors verify part presence, orientation and joining results at each step, while the line control logs cycle data and rejects for traceability. The cell can handle screwdriving, pressing, gluing, clipping, riveting and testing in one compact footprint, with quick changeover for product variants.
