Our gluing cells use robots to apply adhesives, sealants and dispensing materials along precise paths — beads, dots or films — with controlled flow rate, speed and standoff distance. The result is a consistent bond line on every part, whether you glue windshields, electronics, packaging or structural components.
The cell integrates with material supply, dispensing valves and curing stations, and can include vision to verify bead presence and position. Changeover between product formats is handled through stored programs, with the robot recalculating paths and flow parameters for each variant.
