Quality control
Robotized inspection and quality control.
Robotized quality control stations.
Our quality control stations use robots, vision systems and sensors to inspect components and assemblies — checking dimensions, presence, orientation, surface defects and leak-tightness — at line speed. The robot presents the part to the sensor, or the sensor inspects as the robot moves, so every unit is verified before it advances.
Each station integrates with the line control to log measurements, flag rejects and trigger alarms when a process drifts out of tolerance. Results are stored per part for traceability, with statistical process control available for trend analysis.
Why robotize quality control?
Manual inspection is slow, subjective and inconsistent, especially under production pressure. An automated station inspects every part — not just a sample — with objective, repeatable criteria, catches defects before they travel downstream, and provides data to fix the root cause rather than just sorting bad parts.
Key benefits:
- 100% inspection — every part, not just samples
- Objective criteria — repeatable, unbiased results
- Early defect catching — rejects stopped at source
- Traceability — logged measurements per part
- Process insight — data for root-cause analysis
From inline gauging and leak testing to vision-based defect detection, we build the quality station around your inspection criteria and line speed.
