Robotized welding cells — MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding.

Robotized welding cells — MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding.

Our welding cells integrate industrial robots with power sources, positioners and fixtures to automate MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum components. The robot follows programmed paths with consistent torch angle, travel speed and wire feed, producing clean, repeatable welds part after part.

Each cell is built around safety — fenced enclosures, light curtains and interlocks protect operators, while fume extraction and cooling keep the environment safe and the equipment running cool. Integration with the line control enables automatic part loading, torch cleaning, tip wear monitoring and quality traceability.

Why robotize welding?

Manual welding depends on the skill and stamina of each operator, which makes quality and cycle time hard to predict. A robotized cell delivers the same weld quality on every part, runs continuously through breaks and shift changes, and removes operators from heat, fumes and repetitive strain — while traceable weld data supports quality audits.

Key benefits:

  • Consistent quality — repeatable welds on every part
  • Higher throughput — continuous operation, no fatigue
  • Safety — operators away from heat, fumes and arc flash
  • Lower rework — fewer defects and less grinding
  • Traceability — recorded weld parameters per part

From single-station cells to multi-robot lines, we size the welding solution to your part mix and production volume — and integrate it seamlessly with your upstream and downstream flow.
